Eat latin, lova latin at Las Iguanas this Valentine

Las Iguanas restaurants have created the ultimate menu to get pulses racing on Valentine’s night this year.
Start the evening with a dish that’ll give you a warm tingling, such as the Lobster and Tuna Seviche (sliced lobster in a fresh mango, coconut and green chilli marinade topped with tuna and fresh salad sprouts), Gambas (tiger prawns in lemon and chilli) and Pato Taquito (tortilla filled with shredded duck, served with fresh chilli jam).
Then turn up the temperature a little further with mains such as roast belly of pork (roasted with orange and smoked chilli, served on a warm salad of broad beans, shredded greens & chorizo), Xinxim (Brazilian lime chicken in a creamy peanut and crayfish sauce) or the ever-popular sizzling Fajitas filled with chicken, lemon and coriander or Portobello, shitake and oyster mushrooms.
Make sure you leave room for the all important sweet treat at the end of the evening – Ipanema mess (classic with our Latin twist, creamy mascarpone & natural yoghurt, raspberries, guava preserve & crushed meringues) or a Trio of Brulees (fresh rhubarb, ginger & vanilla seed) will be sure to win you over.
