The coffee market in Milton Keynes is heating up as gourmet coffee specialists,  Gloria Jean’s Coffees opens in thehub:mk, and to celebrate, owners Steve and Vanessa Hunt will be inviting customers to wear their jeans into the store on Friday 5th October to raise funds for Jeans for Genes Day, helping children with genetic disorders.

Former police officer Steve Hunt and is wife Vanessa from Oldbrook said: “We’ve always had a passion for good coffee and we are really excited about bringing great quality coffee and a genuinely friendly service to the local community. As a company, Gloria Jean’s Coffees has a strong charitable ethos, so we are delighted to be able to support Jeans for Genes day and will donate 10% of customers’ bills if they come into the store wearing their jeans.”

Gloria Jean’s Coffees is the most successful coffee franchise store in Australia, with more stores than Starbucks. The new store, located in thehub:mk between Encore and Jurys Inn hotels
is the second one to open in the UK with many more planned across the country.
