Real French food close to home

Raymond Blanc, one of the world’s finest chefs, has confirmed that he is opening a new Brasserie Blanc in thehub:mk,  bringing real French food into the heart of Milton Keynes.

Raymond’s aim was to be the best within the Brasserie scene in England, serving quality, freshly prepared food at affordable prices. Now celebrating its 10th Anniversary, he has successfully created warm and welcoming brasserie style restaurants serving real French food close to home for both everyday dining and special occasions.  

Steve Rice, Associate Director Frontier Estates who signed the deal this week said :
